All our art prints are now available to buy online from the largest web store on the planet – Amazon. The Amazon.co.uk site offers just about anything you could possibly want from books to cds and dvds, iPods and garden furniture. There was a large selection of images on canvas already but we feel with our great collection we have a chance of becoming a strong seller. Due to limitations with their system we cannot offer bespoke sizes but do hope to add triptych canvas art options in the future. Fotoviva have been approached by ITV television to supply several art prints for their '60 Minute Makeover' show. This is a great tv show to watch if you are looking to spruce up your home with some cheap accessories. The team at 60 Minute Makeover have a knack for creating lovely interior designs on a tight budget and within the hour! It gets quite manic as they all go about working on their own expertise but inevitably it all comes together for the well deserving home owners.The episodes will be aired in September so we will post again when we know the actual dates. Over at Digital ProTalk David Ziser posted a very complimentary article about our Art Prints on his highly respected photo blog. Today (1st December) is the first anniversary of the Fotoviva Art Prints launch last year. Since those humble beginnings we have grown incredibly with nearly 200 images for sale now and many more site improvements such as gift vouchers and Triptych canvas art now available. When the site first launched it only had around 20 of my own images available. Around April last year I decided to help other photographers sell their work on the site and since then the offers have come flooding in. The whole ethos of Fotoviva is to sell the best photographic prints so only a very selective few are invited

Since launching the Fotoviva Blog it has steadily gained a strong following and now gets more and more hits each week. Whilst this is great we have discovered a downside to this! As the blog got more visitors it also got more spam :-( Too many comments made from automated spammers trying to sell gawd knows what - from viagra to holidays and gambling - you know, all the stuff we love to get in our inboxes every morning! Fotoviva had a great review from the respected photoblog Photocritic this week. The owner of the site, Haje jan Kamps runs the interesting blog which has tons of useful photography related articles and is well known in the photoblog community. He is quite a character and has a particular writing style which makes reading the articles a joy! After a brief chat he decided to write the article for us and also make a short interview with me which gives an insight into the fotoviva world. We would like to thank Haje for taking the time for the interview and wish him every success in the future.

Well I'm happy as Larry today (who is he anyway?) as one of my own images was made Photo of the Day over at Earthshots. The Rising Swan picture has proved to be a popular image with Fotoviva customers and I'd like to say a big thanks to those nice people at Earthshots for the lovely photo award! The wildlife image has won several awards and been featured on many websites, although this is the only place where you can purchase it as a print.
